the weatherman is predicting
floods and mayhem lava and
lightening winds of change
and shifting tectonic plates
oxygen has being sucked
out of the electrically charged
air around us threatening to
ignite given the tiniest excuse
and yet I find myself wearing
far fewer clothes choosing
to feel the truth on my skin
