My two or three cents:

I screen grabbed this from another image on Instagram. It really speaks to me. I was raised Catholic, but many, many years ago before I (DNA) discovered that I was Jewish on my mother’s side of the family, I converted to Judaism. I fell in love with the teachings in Judaism. I adored the art of rabbinical discussion and discovery. I went to Montreal and was tested by a tribunal of rabbis. It was the real deal. These days I’d describe my spirituality as a mix of Buddhism, Paganism, and Judaism. I am vehemently against the carnage that is happening in Palestine. I am not anti-Jew. I remember traveling in Europe when Trump was president. I remember feeling embarrassed about things my country was doing, things I did not agree with. I remember reading about organized crime heads in the newspaper when I was young and feeling badly that they were Italian. All of this is to say that IMO it is possible to want Jewish people, wherever they may live, to be safe, to not be attacked, and for the annihilation of Palestinians to stop.
