Plumbing the Depths

My tub backed up on New Years Day. It didn’t just clog. It filled with water from another source. Possibly my kitchen sink. Then the tub became clogged completely. My kitchen sink started to get very close to being clogged but water still went down. The building handyman is sending a plumber to plumb the depths of this mystery. I guess I’m unclogging for the New Year and noticing how a clog in one area can impact an another seemingly unrelated area. I guess the start of a new year is a great time to get rid of emotional and mental blockages. I’ll have to take stock to see what needs to be tossed. I’m also thinking that the residue (think veins lined with cholesterol caused plaque) from old hurts and resentments I assumed I was finished with (this is me laughing sardonically) should be rinsed. Time for some self-care ablutions. Join me?
