Tiptoeing to Find Your Own Tulips

We only commit the very tips of our toes when we tiptoe. When we pussyfoot around we test things out slowly and carefully before we decide what to do, but we can choose to jump with the confidence of a cat and believe we’ll land on our feet, eventually. Some of us always tiptoe. Others go through life in an all-in-or-nothing-at-all fashion. Your personal MO is just that, personal. No one else can tell you how to approach life. There is no one correct way to be in this world. People say, “You have to read this book. It changed my life!” Maybe it did. Maybe the book they read will speak to you too, or maybe its subtle message is that you’re doing it all wrong, or that you need to do things the way the most current self-help craze way suggests, a way they assure you will change your life. Do you want to change your life? If your answer is yes, I hope you want to improve it or to continue to grow and blossom rather than to become a clone-like iteration of who someone else says you should be. So many self-improvement tools focus on what is supposedly missing from your life. They often advise you to be different than who you truly are. Try tiptoeing through all that advice and deciding for yourself how you want to blossom in your own authentic and wonderful ways.
